Zettel’z Lamp
Zettel’z Lamp
Created in 1997, Zettel’z is one of the most iconic lighting pieces by German designer Ingo Maurer, often referred to as the “poet of light.”
The chandelier transforms illumination into poetry: sheets of Japanese paper float around a light source, allowing the owner to personalize the fixture with handwritten notes, drawings, or printed artwork, making each piece a unique installation.
Its airy structure creates delicate shadows and layered depth — a sculptural centerpiece that evolves over time with every card repositioned or replaced.
Available as Zettel’z 5 or the more compact Zettel’z 6, ideal for modern homes, creative spaces, cafés, and expressive interiors.
